Know what to order before you run out.

Reordering shouldn't start with a spreadsheet.

Most reorders are a guess made late, from numbers pulled together by hand.

  • Sales velocity worked out in a spreadsheet every week
  • Lead times you typed once and never updated
  • Reorders placed after the shelf is already empty
  • Stock ordered twice because a PO was already on the way

Four numbers that answer "what do I order?"

Forecasts where you already work.

  1. 01

    On the inventory list

Days left, lead time, days to reorder and a status badge on every product, so you can sort by what's urgent.

  2. 02

    Forecast tab

Each product shows a 60-day stock chart with a projection, sell velocity, projected stockout and a Create PO button.

  3. 03

    Clear status

Healthy stock level, Monitor stock when days left fall within lead time plus 20%, or Stockout risk when you're late.

  4. 04

    Real lead times

Learned from your receipts. With no history, it falls back to the supplier's average, then to 14 days.

  5. 05

    Straight into a PO

Suggested quantities show in the PO cart too, using that PO's warehouse, incoming stock and supplier lead time.

  6. 06

    No double ordering

Units already on open POs come off the suggestion, so you never order the same stock twice.

Enough to get you to the next order.

The suggestion covers the time your supplier takes to deliver plus 60 days of sales, then subtracts what you have and what's already coming. Days to reorder is days left minus lead time. When it goes negative, you're late.

suggested = sells/day × (lead time + 60) − on hand − incoming

Which sales count towards the forecast?

Shopify orders from the last 60 days. Amazon sales aren't included in the forecast yet.

Where does the lead time come from?

Your own purchase orders: the average time from ordering to first receiving for that supplier and product. With no history, it uses the supplier's average, then 14 days.

Is the suggestion rounded to packs?

Not in the forecast. Pack sizes and minimum order quantities are applied when you build the PO.

Can I change the 60-day window?

Not at the moment. The sales window and the cover period are both fixed at 60 days.

Order the right amount, at the right time.
