Move stock between locations. Track it in transit.

Send stock from a warehouse to a store, or between warehouses. Stock leaves on dispatch, lands when received, and anything missing is accounted for.

Stock shouldn't vanish between your own locations.

When a transfer is just two manual stock edits, the units in the middle belong to nobody.

  • Stock still on sale at the source while it's on a truck
  • Short deliveries that never get explained
  • Two locations, two sets of edits, no shared record
  • No way to see what's in transit right now

Every unit accounted for, door to door.

Built for real deliveries, not perfect ones.

  1. 01

    Checked before it moves

CSV imports check every line: the item exists, is active and has enough stock at the source. Duplicates are flagged.

  2. 02

    Honest in-transit stock

Dispatched stock leaves the source and its channels straight away, so you never sell what's on a truck.

  3. 03

    Partial receiving

Receive part of a shipment now and the rest later. The transfer stays partially received until it's closed.

  4. 04

    Reject or send back

Close a transfer by marking missing units as rejected, or sent back to the source, where they're restocked.

  5. 05

    Numbered and filterable

Transfers are numbered in order and can be filtered by status, source and destination.

  6. 06

    Timeline

Creation, changes, dispatch, every receipt and the close are logged with their item lists.

Nothing disappears between locations.

When a shipment arrives short, receive what came and close the transfer. Every missing unit has to be marked as rejected or sent back, so the numbers always add up and both locations show the right stock on every channel.

Can I edit a transfer after dispatch?

Items can be edited while the transfer is pending. After dispatch, you receive what arrives, then close with rejected or sent-back units.

Can I cancel a transfer?

Yes, while it's pending, before any stock has moved.

Can one transfer go to several stores?

Each transfer has one destination. Create one per store, with up to 500 items each.

Do channels see stock in transit?

No. Stock leaves the source's channels on dispatch and appears on the destination's channels when it's received.

Keep every location's stock honest.

Dispatch, receive and close every transfer with each unit accounted for, on every channel.
