Two Stocky banners, two ways to move.

Open Stocky and read the banner. It tells you which route you're on.

Your Stocky is read-only. Request Shopify's data export today, then send us the file. Shopify keeps the export open for at least 90 days from August 31, 2026, with no published end date.

Stocky still works, API included, until March 1, 2027. Send us your API key while it still answers, and we bring across full supplier records and purchase orders.

From Stocky to Channel Bay in four steps.

  1. 1

    Install and start your trial

Install Channel Bay on Shopify. Every new install gets 14 days free, which is enough time to move your data.

  2. 2

Send us your API key or export

Working Stocky: share your API key and we connect it server-side. Ended Stocky: send the Shopify export file.

  3. 3

Run side by side, if you can

Choose Fetch-Only sync and Channel Bay reads your store without writing stock, while Stocky keeps running.

  4. 4

Pick up where you left off

Imported Stocky orders arrive read-only. Use Copy to Channel Bay on any order to keep working on it.

What moves, and what doesn't.

We'd rather tell you now than after you switch.

Close your open Stocky purchase orders before you move. Received quantities don't come across, so a closed order has nothing left to reconcile.

Built for the way you actually count and buy.

Stocktakes

  • Count by more than product type. Build a count from vendor, type, collection or tag.
  • Counted and uncounted filters. Set uncounted items to zero or remove them before you submit.
  • A timeline for every session. See who created, edited and completed each count.
  • CSV imports. Start from a prepared SKU or barcode list.

Purchase orders

  • Draft or Planned orders you activate later.
  • Receiving batches you can reopen and correct until the order is closed.
  • Freight and adjustment per delivery, spread across every line.
  • Labels for every unit received.

Also new compared with Stocky: Shopify and Amazon sync every minute, forecasting from your own lead times and team permissions.

What Channel Bay doesn't do yet.

Bundles and bill of materials are in progress, not shipped. If you kit products from components, weigh this before you switch.

Imported Stocky orders stay read-only. They appear in the Purchase Order Report once copied to Channel Bay, one order at a time.

Supplier links can only be rebuilt for suppliers you've ordered from before. Others go in by hand or by CSV.

Move first, choose a plan later.

Migration isn't tied to a plan, and every install starts with a 14-day free trial.

From the team behind Report Pundit, Bloom Analytics and Data Export.

After years of building tools for Shopify merchants, we kept seeing the same thing: inventory gets messy when products, orders, suppliers and sales channels stop working together. Channel Bay brings them back into one system.

Is Channel Bay a Stocky alternative?

Yes. It covers purchase orders, receiving, stocktakes and stock transfers, and adds Amazon sync, landed cost and forecasting.

My Stocky says "no longer available". Can I still move my data?

Yes. Request the data export in Stocky, then send us the file. Shopify keeps the export open for at least 90 days from August 31, 2026, so do it today.

My Stocky still works. What should I do?

Send us your API key before March 1, 2027. A working API gives us full supplier records, which Shopify's export leaves out.

Do I need a paid plan to migrate?

No. Migration isn't tied to a plan, and every install gets a 14-day free trial.

Will my old purchase orders be editable?

They arrive read-only, tagged as imported, with any field Stocky didn't provide left blank. Use Copy to Channel Bay to make an editable order from any of them.

Can I run Channel Bay and Stocky at the same time?

Yes, if your Stocky still works. Choose Fetch-Only sync and Channel Bay reads your store without changing stock until you're ready.

Does Channel Bay support bundles?

Not yet. Bundles and bill of materials are in progress.

Leave Stocky with a plan, not a scramble.

Install Channel Bay, start your 14-day trial and send us your Stocky data.
