Sell it once. It's gone everywhere.

Channel Bay holds one true number for each product at each location and pushes it to every Shopify store and Amazon. An order anywhere updates the rest.

Two channels shouldn't mean two stock counts.

When every channel keeps its own number, one of them is always wrong, and you find out from a customer.

  • A sale on Amazon that Shopify never hears about
  • Wholesale and retail stores selling the same last unit
  • Manual stock edits across tabs after every restock
  • No record of which channel changed the count, or why

Connect once, stay in step for good.

Built for merchants who sell in more than one place.

Several Shopify stores

Run a main store plus wholesale, regional or outlet stores from one count. New stores follow your first matching key.

Amazon, built in

Merchant-fulfilled listings match on seller SKU or barcode. Small changes go straight through, big ones go in bulk.

Pause anything

Pause one product, one location or a whole channel. Fetch-only channels are read but never written to.

Per-location control

Choose who manages stock at each location: Channel Bay, a third-party app or a mix, with a sync switch on each.

Low-stock alerts

Get told when a product drops below its reorder point, plus a daily digest of what needs attention.

Watched around the clock

A sync check runs every 15 minutes and alerts us if pushes stop landing, often before you would notice.

You choose who's right on day one.

When you connect, pick the source of truth. Copy Shopify's inventory into Channel Bay if the store is right today, or use Channel Bay's numbers and overwrite the store. After that, every change runs through Channel Bay, so channels can't drift apart.

order on any channel → one true count changes → every live channel updated

Which channels are supported?

Shopify (any number of stores) and Amazon. Onboarding asks where else you sell, so we know what to build next.

How do products get matched?

Your main Shopify store maps by its own IDs. Extra stores and Amazon match by SKU or barcode, only where there's exactly one clear match. Anything else you link by hand.

Can I sync Amazon FBA stock?

No. Amazon holds FBA stock itself, so FBA products can't be mapped to Channel Bay stock. Merchant-fulfilled listings sync normally.

How fast do channels update?

Every minute. Channel Bay pushes stock changes every minute and processes incoming orders and changes every minute too.

Can I stop syncing one product?

Yes. Pause the product's mapping, a location or the whole channel, and turn it back on when you're ready.

One stock count for every store you run.

Connect your Shopify stores and Amazon, match your products, and stop overselling today.
