Know when to reorder
See which SKUs are nearing their reorder point before they become a stockout.
See what to reorder, how much to buy and from which supplier. Receive it in batches, and Channel Bay works out what every unit really cost.
Every reorder means piecing together stock levels, supplier prices and delivery dates from wherever you last left them.
One workflow, from the first low-stock warning to the last unit on the shelf.
Channel Bay reads 60 days of sales across your locations, real supplier lead times and what's already on order.
See which SKUs are nearing their reorder point before they become a stockout.
Suggested quantities come from forecast demand, stock on hand and units already on open POs.
Pick the supplier for each SKU, then edit, export or email the PO straight to them.
One place to check where each order stands, without digging through emails, invoices and spreadsheets.
Cost, supplier SKU, pack size and minimum order per product, per supplier. Order in packs, and Channel Bay converts to units.
Order in the supplier's currency. Costs convert to your shop currency at the rate on the day the PO opened.
Line or order discounts, flat or percentage, plus tax, shipping and adjustments for surcharges or supplier credits.
A daily check flags POs past their expected delivery or the supplier's cancel date, so nothing quietly slips.
Each delivery batch keeps its own supplier invoice number and freight, all on one PO.
Custom PO and batch invoice templates, CSV import by SKU or barcode, and a 25-column export per PO.
Receive against the original PO and stock updates in the same step, so your numbers match what actually arrived.
Record products as they arrive. Save a delivery as a draft and edit it later.
Received units go to the right Shopify location, and every channel updates.
See what's received and what's still due. You can never receive more than is outstanding.
The invoice price is only part of it. Channel Bay converts the supplier's currency, then spreads freight, adjustments and order discounts across every line by its value. Batches with their own freight are costed on their own. With cost sync on, the new cost is saved on the supplier and the variant, then sent to Shopify.
line share = line value ÷ order value × (freight + adjustments − order discount)
Override the landed cost on any line. Stock is valued by your costing method: last received cost or rolling average. See how costing works
| Unit cost (EUR) | €8.00 |
| Converted at the PO's rate | $9.36 |
| Share of freight and adjustments | +$0.62 |
| Landed cost per unit | $9.98 |
